Basic Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age (21+ for armed positions)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean criminal background check and ability to pass a drug screening
- Valid state-issued security license (e.g., BSIS Guard Card in California, PERC in Illinois)
- Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in private security, law enforcement, or the military
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Experience with access control systems or CCTV monitoring
